As well as being an accomplished artist, Agnes is also a published author.
Her first book - Swen's Abenteur in China - is published by Engelsdorfer Verlag (Germany) under ISBN number 978-3-86901-044-1

This true story is currently being translated into English, and this should be available in 2010.
Swen is 9 years old when he learns that his father's work will take him to China. At first he is reluctant to undertake the adventure, but he soon discovers that Asia is a fascinating world. In the three years he spends in China, and on his travels, Swen experiences new cultures which change his life.
He lives in the cosmopolitan city of Shanghai, and goes to the German School there, leading a very different life from what he had lived before. With a lot of fun and humour, he takes control of his life - at school, with his friends, and with his adolescent problems, until he has to return home one day as a twelve year old.
