Objective
Delegates will develop a clear understanding of the role and importance of events in the overall communications mix and will feel confident in organising large and small events in an individual or team environment.
Aimed at
This workshop is designed for those who have a role in, or the opportunity to play a part in, organising events but who have limited experience in doing so. It will provide an initial, all-round grounding in managing a successful event, from identifying and dealing with problems in the planning stages so that the execution is as pain free as possible, showing that successful and enjoyable events can be achieved through focusing on objectives, publicity, post-mortems and more.
